How do i konw my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Can I amend my order？
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above $120, orders under $120 are subject to a nominal shipping fee, depending on the destination.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
If sales tax doesn’t apply in the destination country, no taxes apply for your purchase.
For other countries, taxes and relevant duties will be calculated on checkout.
What is the exchange and return policy?
We accept returns on products purchased within 30 days of the original delivery date. Any returned jewelry must arrive to us in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The cost of this label will depend on where the order was originally sent.
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds take approximately 10-15 business days to be processed by our team and depending on your credit card. If you still have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date of delivery, please send an email to fairijewelry@gmail.com,our team will take care of you.
